We at the Evamat Technology do highly regard our job policies to enhance quality services offered to our client’s satisfaction and in return, our clients do respect our job policies and laid down instructions. Our policies enhance proper customer care relationship and the smoothrunning of the services and activities we render as a company. Our rules and service charter are simple and well laid for customers to understand and improve
more in terms of customer care services and generally the workmanship in terms of service rendered and customer satisfaction.

1) We do have a consultation fee of Kshs.3500 after which a service charge is made upon completion of the services being offered.

2) We do accept cheques, bank tranfer and cash as the only mode of payments.

3) Delivery of items is made within 7 days after the LPO has been issued.

4) For accessories, computers, computer stationery, IT equipments, CCTV equipments and sports equipment delivery is made after an advance payment of 60% of the total amount and the 40% cleared after delivery.

5) Usually we have a duration in which we warrant our services and should a client have any complaints, it is advised that he/she reports it as soon as possible to avoid tarnishing of the company’s name and reputation.
